When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service to check in and begin relaxing. Late arrivals may shorten the service.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. The current spa FAQ says late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price and no-shows are charged the full service price.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. Options include infrared sauna and red light therapy access, a monthly massage or facial, and waxing. Explore memberships for current details.
Can I plan a private group spa event?
Yes. SpaSpace hosts private gatherings in The Sanctuary, with options to tailor services and wellness experiences. Contact the event planner to discuss your group.
