We respect the health of our guests and ask that you inform your wellness provider of any injuries, surgeries, medication, pregnancy or medical conditions as some treatments may be contraindicated or need to be modified.
Metro Valet parking is available in front of the spa Monday-Friday. Street parking is usually plentiful on weekends but can be challenging on weekdays. Multiple self-park lots are also nearby. Spa Space does not validate parking.
We ask that all our guests notify us immediately if experiencing any cold/flu-like symptoms. For the safety of everyone, our wellness providers are permitted to decline service to any guest exhibiting contagious symptoms and will reschedule the appointment. We have also instructed our team members to stay home if they exhibit any cold/flu-like symptoms.
MASKS – When Chicago is determined by the CDC to be in the ‘High Community Level of COVID’ masks will be required for everyone. When at Medium and Low Community Levels, masks will be encouraged but not required.
SANITIZED – Medical-grade sanitizer is available throughout the spa. All areas will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each spa service and high contact areas will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized throughout the day. The disinfectants are EPA approved and certified.
AIR QUALITY – Our air ducts have been cleaned and are treated with state-of-the-art UV air sanitizers. All of the treatment rooms and common areas have true HEPA purifiers.
PAYMENTS – Contactless payment POS system and sanitized CC machine will be used.
RETAIL TESTERS– Please ask your front desk concierge if you would like to test any retail.
